Boot Camp meets in the evenings 2-3 times each week in central Manhattan. Kettlebell Boot Camp meets on Saturdays on the west side. Seasonal kettlebell class on Mondays until end December. Additional classes are added as needed. For more information, visit the Boot Camp page.
