In this fun exercise program, Cindy Lai turns up the heat with workouts designed specifically to get you lean and mean in three weeks!

Expect to work hard using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) techniques which will not only melt away inches from your waistline but will also get you ready for that hot summer body!

This proprietary program was created by fitness guru Cindy Lai to help you get that sexy beach body while naturally increasing your energy, and boosting your metabolism.  Cindy Lai’s Beach Body Extreme! meets 1-2 times each week for an intense 60-minute group workout that creates after-burn, and turns your body into a fat-incinerating machine! For maximum results, taking all 6 classes will accelerate your progress.

Central Park South & Columbus Circle

Complete 6-class program for $99.

Partial 3-class program for $65.

If you cannot commit to the full program, you can join any single class for $25 each.  Note that you still must RSVP for class to attend.

When & Where

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. beginning June 13, 2017.  We meet at Central Park South in Columbus Circle just under the statue.  Please arrive early as we leave promptly at 7 p.m., and re-locate to our workout spot in the park.

More About the Classes

*Make-up classes are only allowed within the start and finish dates of this program.  All classes must be completed by June 29, 2017.  Due to limited space in class, bookings cancelled within 24-hours of class will be forfeited, and will not be refunded.
