In this workshop you will:
- Create a positive start to the fall by developing a healthy work-out and eating routine that works for you.Shake up your exercise routine with new ways to re-shape and re-sculpt your body.
- Get motivated and push each other to the next level through team-building and partner resistance in a positive and fun environment.
- Use high intensity interval training, core strengthening, and body weight exercises to maximize fat burning, increase your metabolism and tighten up your physique.
- Let go of the “food drama,” stop dieting and learn how to lose weight naturally. Find out what works for you as individual.
- Discover tasty fall foods to bring balance, energy and clarity back into your life with tasty, simple recipes and snacks.

Cindy Lai is the founder of Cindy Lai Fitness Boot camp and Cindy Lai Fitness. The philosophy behind her method of training is a healthy, fun and balanced lifestyle tailored to individuals from all walks of life. She loves working with a group dynamic to nurture and motivate individuals to do their best and to feed off each other’s energy. Cindy also does this on an individual basis with customized goals per individual. In her free time, she practices capoeira, gymnastics, pole dancing fitness, spinning, kettlebell and trx training. She is always trying to find innovative ways to inspire and motivate her clients.
Molly Lee is the founder and director of Energizing Nutrition, a thriving holistic health and nutrition practice based in downtown Manhattan. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve true, lasting health and wellness using simple, fun ways. Molly specializes in creating personalized health and nutrition programs catered towards the unique needs of each individual. In her spare time, Molly is a capoeira instructor and practitioner of vinyasa yoga.
