Cindy Lai Fitness Boot Camp

Level:  Beginner to Advanced

This intense, fun-filled group class incorporates cardio, muscular endurance, plyometrics, calisthenics and core strengthening exercises into a 1-hour workout.  Boot Camp is open to beginners to seasoned athletes and is designed to burn calories, kick start your metabolism and get you into the best shape of your life!  Cindy Lai keeps her classes relatively small so that she can concentrate on the form and flexibility of each client throughout the fitness routines.  This ensures that you get maximum results and you reduce the risk of injury.  Boot Camp meets in Central Park when weather permits or in a studio located in central Manhattan on other days (location will be announced on these days).  New members can enroll now for only $20.

Kettlebell Boot Camp by Cindy Lai

Level:  Intermediate to Advanced

Take Boot Camp to a whole new level with Kettlebell Boot Camp by Cindy Lai.  This class uses kettlebell iron weights to strengthen and tone every muscle group in your body while burning hundreds of calories!  The intense exercises require strict conformity to proper form to reduce the risk of serious injury.  This class is recommended for those who are at least moderately active in their fitness regimen, but for those who are seeking a challenge.  All fitness levels are welcome to join.  New members can enroll now for only $20.
