Group Fitness @ The Speed of You
Cindy Lai Fitness Boot Camp is an exciting and fun group fitness class in Manhattan which aims to get you into shape while having a great time. All fitness levels are welcome, from beginners to athletes.
No two classes are ever the same! Cindy Lai incorporates numerous techniques, including HIIT, Tabata, kickboxing, core strengthening, plyometrics, isometrics, and much more. Using your own body weight, Cindy’s proprietary group fitness class eases your body into shape, and at your own pace.
Cindy’s boot camp is different from others in that you won’t get a drill sergeant screaming in your ear, making you feel uncomfortable. Classes are intentionally kept small to ensure every participant gets individual attention at the speed of you.
Don’t worry if you can’t do every exercise. Cindy will modify your workout to meet your body’s needs and current condition for continuous progress. Eventually with hard work and consistency, you will get there. And Cindy will be there with you every step of the way.
During the spring, summer, and fall we meet in Central Park West. When the weather is rainy or just too cold in the winter, we move indoors to a Midtown venue.
