Introducing the Summer Shape-up fitness program by Cindy Lai Fitness. In this breakthrough workout program, Cindy Lai incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) techniques to melt fat, get stronger and help you look your best! This total body conditioning program is just what you need to jump-start your engine.

This proprietary program was created by fitness guru Cindy Lai to help you get that hot summer body while naturally increasing your energy, and boosting your metabolism. Summer Shape-up meets 2 times a week for an intense 60-minute group workout that creates afterburn, and sends your body into overdrive! Even when the workout is over, your body is still incinerating fat!

Cindy Lai offers two programs: The Outdoor Program in Central Park (New York) or the Virtual Program which you can do at home.

The Summer Shape-up program is limited in attendance so that each participant gets individual attention. Sign up now to reserve your spot or you may have to wait until the next program begins.

Outdoor Program | July 19 – August 28

Outdoor group fitness classes two days each week. Learn how to exercise efficiently and with proper technique.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7 p.m. in Central Park South (60 mins)
  • Class goes indoors nearby during inclement weather
  • Take both classes each week to get the best results – or take only one class to fit your schedule
  • All classes must be completed by August 28, 2018
  • No make-up classes allowed
