Surf Fit | 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Surf Fit by Cindy Lai is a fun and foundational class where you will learn how to increase strength and endurance in those surf-specific muscles. Strengthen core, improve posture and increase mobility in the warmup before you hit the waves. This is the perfect class for beginners or, if you need to refresh your skills. Board rental and wetsuit will be included from Breakwater Surf Co. Regular rental rates apply after 90 minutes = $10/hr, $20/2 hrs or $25 for the day.
Beach HIIT | 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Get ready to shred in this kickass total body conditioning class using just your body weight. What’s better than working out in a bikini/shorts? Take your fitness to a whole new level in this highly energetic class which will push and challenge you to be your best! Open to all levels from beginners to seasoned athletes. Exercises can be modified for individual injuries/limitations.
Beach Mobility | 11:30 a.m. – Noon
Mobilize for a better body with the mist of the waves against your face as you stretch and elongate those muscles that desperately need to release in various planes of motion. If you want to stay healthy for life, mobility is key. Due to prolonged periods of sitting and being on our smartphones constantly, our posture has taken a big hit. When you exercise, the lack of mobility due to poor posture and imbalances will wreack havoc on your body. Stay ahead of the game by incorporating some of these movements into your daily routine.
Lunch | Noon – 1:30 p.m.
Refuel with a nutritious lunch. Day packages include meal plus bottle of water.
Beach Games | 2:00 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Relax in the afternoon with fun beach games.
