Kick off the fall with me on a beautiful day along the Hudson River. We will be meeting at 11am for a complimentary 25mn total body workout with yours truly. Please enroll and sign the waiver in order to confirm participation if you haven’t already enrolled.
After our morning jumpstart, we will walk over to Nomwah Nolita for some yummy dimsum. For those who are only interested in dimsum, please send me a note via text to 917-613-0189 and be there by 12p.
All levels are welcomed. Exercises will be modified accordingly. You must advise me of any injuries or medical conditions. Bring water and comfortable clothes. Let’s get ready to sweat and earn our meal.
