Welcome to Cindy Lai’s Summer Shape-up 2. Whether you’ve completed the first series or are joining us for the first time, get ready to get into your best shape this summer. It’s time to turn up the heat and blast away fat as we get stronger, leaner and more badass! This is an hour class which meets twice a week for six weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7p. There will be a combination of strength and conditioning, HIIT, abs, mobility and endurance. Let’s get ready to sweat!
Class is open to all levels, and will be modified accordingly based on any limitations you may have. This is a friendly, fun and supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to do their best!
Meeting place is Central Park South and Columbus Circle at the Maine Monument. Look for the fountain with the gold statue at the park entrance. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of time so the group is not waiting. If for any reason you cannot make it, please send a text to me at 917-613-0189.
You can check in your belongings at Runner’s World on the second floor of the Time Warner Building across the street. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a towel. Please bring a mat or large towel if you are not comfortable being on the grass.
Take the A,C,B,D,1, to 59th Street Columbus Circle or the N,R,Q, to 57th and 7th, F to 57th Street.
Spacing is limited and all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order not to forfeit class.
Class will be held rain or shine.
