Surf Fit by Cindy Lai is a fun and foundational class where you will learn how to increase strength and endurance in those surf-specific muscles. Strengthen core, improve posture and increase mobility in the warmup before you hit the waves. This is the perfect class for beginners or, if you need to refresh your skills. All sales are final. No make-up classes are allowed for this event. Any lateness will result in time deducted from the remainder of the class.
