Shredded meets twice a week for an intense and motivational 60-minute group workout that creates after-burn, and sends your body into overdrive! Even when the workout is over, your body is still incinerating fat.
Cindy Lai offers two programs: The Outdoor Program in Central Park (New York) or the Virtual Program which you can do at home.
